Management Effect has a team of more than 30 consultants across the eastern seaboard of Australia, with expertise across a broad range of industry sectors and business challenges.

Management Effect was established September 2002 in Brisbane, Queensland.  The growth that the company has enjoyed since then is an indication of the value proposition we are offering our clients.  The company is wholly owned by staff and we continue to offer equity participation opportunities to employees. 

Over the past two years we have matured our business operations significantly with the appointment of a State Manager to run the Queensland business, appointment of a non-executive independent Chairman to the board, and the recruitment of a State Manager to commence our Victorian operations.  We are currently entering the Sydney markets and are looking to recruit a State Manager to run the Sydney office.

In 2006 we were recognised by BRW as the 28th fastest growing start-up company in Australia.  This award is something we are very proud of and we maintain a commitment to further growing our business through a growing reputation of "thinking and delivering".
